The First Twenty-Five

I finished the book.

That still feels strange to say.

The final proof of Warrior’s Daughter is approved. The files are done. October 13 is the official launch.

And Book Two is already underway.

But before launch, I wanted to mark this moment somehow—the point where this thing I've carried around in my head and heart becomes something I can finally put into other people's hands.

So I ordered 25 copies.

I’ll sign each one, number them I / XXV through XXV / XXV, and mark each with VALEN — REMEMBER.

They will be the first 25 copies I send into the world myself.

I’m offering them for presale through EMBERMARK, my new doorway into the Remembered World—the place where the books, the artifacts I make by hand, and the world behind them begin to come together.

If you want to be one of the first 25:

RESERVE A SIGNED & NUMBERED COPY

They’ll begin shipping when Warrior’s Daughter launches on October 13.

And then we keep going. Because Ari's story isn't finished. Neither is Thora's. And there is much more to remember.

Thank you for being here.

We do not ask for what is already ours. We remember.
