For me, it began as a whisper decades ago — something I said to myself in moments when I needed to remember who I was.

It became the foundation of what I do today, writing, my books, and the movement that grows from them. And over time, it found its way into the voices of the women who trained beside me, worked with me, rose with me, and reclaimed their power in their own time.
